Welcome to Guam-GetCare, the online directory and care coordination tool connecting the people of Guam to long-term care services and resources. GuamGetCare offers a territory-wide service directory to help consumers and their families quickly and easily access services.
With GuamGetCare, you can learn about and locate services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. GuamGetcare also saves you time in service intake. Now you can use one standard intake form for all member agencies, which means you don't have to fill out multiple forms with similar questions.
This service is brought to you by the government of Guam and its Department of Integrated Services for Individuals with Disabilities(DISID), in partnership with the Guam Developmental Disabilities Council (GDDC) and Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services Division of Senior Citizens. GuamGetcare is made possible through a grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the U.S. Administration on Aging.
